Our Fee Structure
There are several perks that come Complimentary when you chose to work with The Hello Agency. You'll never have to worry about compensating us for hotel bookings with added benefits that come from our trusted relationships.
Here is what we do charge for:
(Please note that these are dependent on your Advisor and your relationship with your Advisor)
Custom Trip Design:
*$150 per household - this fee is charged after a complimentary consultation
*Includes a custom proposal, booking of hotels, transportation, excursions, personal recommendations, and a final itinerary/documents to take on the go
$50 Air Ticketing Fee for both International and Domestic Flights
*Fee is per person
$100 Trip Cancellation:
Custom designed trips are subject to a cancellation fee in order to provide appropriate compensation for advance services provided.
*Please note, we do not book Airbnb or private home rentals

Inquiry
The best way for us to understand what your travel needs and desires are is to get to know you! After we receive a completed form, we will send you a follow-up email to schedule you for a Complimentary Trip Planning Call.

Let's Chat!
Within a few days of our scheduled phone consult/planning call, we will present you with a handful of options that fit your dates, desires and budget. At that time, we will discuss if there will be a planning fee.

Curate & Customize
Following our call, we'll send you a customized proposal. This proposal will include a curated selection of hotels, tours, activities, and experiences for you to consider.
Once you have selected your preferred options from the proposal and have provided feedback to our team, we will transition the proposal to a confirmed booking and deposit will be applied.

Bon Voyage!
We will provide you with your itinerary and all of your confirmations then it's wheels up on your vacation! Knowing that all essential details have been taken care of, let the anticipation and excitement begin!
