TRAVEL LIAISON POSITION
Team Hello is in search of new team members to help us ensure our clients have the best experience from the moment we say “Hello” to their return home! We are looking for someone who will assist both our clients as well as advisors. The current role is a part-time position (15-20 hours a week) that offers a work-from-home opportunity and provides on-the-job training. Preferred work hours are Monday to Friday between 8-5, but are flexible.

Duties Include
Support current agents from Team Hello in creating 5-star client experiences by helping design custom travel itineraries
Delivering a 5-star client experience
Interacting with both clients and travel partners
Travefy: proposal and final itinerary build-out
Executing travel confirmations and automation set up within bookings in Traveljoy
Purchasing insurance policies for clients
Assist with reservations: activities, dining, etc. for client itineraries
Working with our hotel, air, and travel partners on client details before departure
VIP requests (working with travel suppliers/hotel partners, etc.)
Invoicing
Commission Reconciliation
Prepping/Completing Projects across our various software platforms
Required Skills

Proficient in web-based tools. You have experience with Google Drive, Trello, Slack, and similar platforms, allowing for smooth collaboration and document management.

Preferred Skills
Familiarity with travel planning tools like Travefy or TravelJoy.
Background in the travel industry or experience in hospitality.
Pay
$20- $25 an hour based on experience.
