Your anniversary getaway begins at the luxurious Hotel Bennett. Nestled in the heart of downtown, this hotel offers unmatched elegance with its beautifully appointed rooms, rooftop pool, and impeccable service.

After settling in, take a leisurely stroll through Charleston's Historic District and be sure to visit the famous Rainbow Row! Wander along cobblestone streets lined with historic houses, each telling a story of the city's rich past. The architecture, gardens, and charm of this district will transport you back in time. *Fun fact about the historic homes in Charleston is that many of them feature a distinctive architectural style known as the "Charleston Single House." This style is unique to the city and is characterized by narrow, single-width homes with their longer sides facing the street. The front door of these homes typically opens onto a long porch, or "piazza," which runs along the side of the house. This design was practical for the hot, humid climate, as it maximized airflow and provided shade, helping to keep the homes cooler before the advent of modern air conditioning.

Before dinner, indulge in a delightful afternoon at Camellias, located within Hotel Bennett. Known as the most Instagrammable restaurant in South Carolina by Food Network, Camellias offers a picturesque setting with its stunning decor and delectable offerings.
