RESORT PLANNING

For trips within North America (Caribbean, US, Mexico, Central America) up to 10 days and for 6 or fewer guests. Includes detailed proposal and bookings for hotels, rental cars, trains, drivers, air (if part of custom package), and tours/guides.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL PLANNING

For all destinations outside of North America, assuming up to 10 days and 4 or fewer guests.• Includes detailed proposal and bookings for hotels, rental cars, trains, drivers, air (if part of a custom package), and tours/guides.

Starting at $250 per trip

YEARLY RETAINER

For the client that is always on the go and needs a high level of planning and service. This is a good fit for clients that travel more than 4 times annually and has a bucket list that requires strategic planning 12-24 months ahead.

Sourcing of locations, negotiations with the resort to achieve a signed contract.

FULL CORPORATE RETREAT PLANNING

In addition to securing a location, this package can include travel, logistics and event planning based on the clients needs.

Can be added to any package. Covers all extra details like dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, theater tickets, and more.

LATE BOOKING FEE

Applicable for trips departing within 45 days of the booking request.

AIR TRAVEL SERVICES
