Hotel Only Bookings: No charge for bookings when you specify the property or location for travel.

Cruise Bookings: Complimentary when you specify which cruise or destination.

• Hotel Research and Booking: In-depth research and reservation services for hotels.

• Cruise Research and Booking: Comprehensive assistance in selecting and booking cruises.

CARIBBEAN/MEXICO/CENTRAL AMERICA TRAVEL PLANNING

For trips within North America (Caribbean, US, Mexico, Central America) up to 10 days and for 6 or fewer guests. Includes detailed proposal and bookings for hotels, rental cars, trains, drivers, air (if part of custom package), and tours/guides.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL PLANNING

$150 for new clients and $150 for existing and repeat clients

For all destinations outside of North America, assuming up to 10 days and 4 or fewer guests

• Includes detailed proposal and bookings for hotels, rental cars, trains, drivers, air (if part of a custom package), and tours/guides.

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Can be added to any package. Covers all extra details like dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, theater tickets, and more.

LATE BOOKING FEE

Applicable for trips departing within 45 days of the booking request.

AIR TRAVEL SERVICES

We work with our air desk on client’s air when booked separately. They charge ticketing fees which depend upon several factors, please ask for details.
